If you recall my earlier post on Courtside Café’s logo, you’ll agree that Bella Luna Café’s logo was due for an update.
The restaurant was designed and furnished in rustic colors and decorations, with an eclectic menu and diverse patrons. This combination of elements presented a fun challenge for the logo creation process, for which I decided to ditch the jagged chef and fire illustration while retaining the original half moon and bright yellow color. The added fork and midnight block gave the logo a solid background, tight outline and an anchor for the adjacent text.
The final logo is a well balanced combination with simple contrasting color palette and most importantely, easy on the eyes.
